Social Media:

We offer community manager and some marketing on our social media groups and pages. We have 2 facebook pages, Instagram, twitter, meetup and facebook group memberships to reach about 3000 people. We offer the following prices for posting on our social media:

  • 1 week banner 
  • 1 week facebook pinned post
  • 5 posts per week on facebook 
  • Meetup event announcement 
  • monthly community management for 5 posts per week

Basic website package 

Domain, Web Hosting and email server setup (domain and hosting provided by the client)

WordPress installation or other web design platform

Theme setup (just with the default theme’s functionality)

Content input

Revision

Minor tweaks and edits to the website’s theme and content for a year

Project Process:

1. Design pre-selection:

Send the customer a list of free and paid WordPress themes from which they can choose from.

2. Basic information architecture

Define with the customer the main menu and web structure.

Make a definitive list of the content (info and images) needed from the customer to develop the site.

Decide which extra plugin-based functions are needed by the website.

Logo and graphics for website, social media can be provided at extra charge.

3. Domain, Website Hosting and email setup.

If the customer doesn’t have a domain and hosting service, we help the customer buy a domain and a hosting service, we setup the domain, hosting and the email addresses they need.

4. Website building.

Build the website using WordPress or other tools. 

5. Tweaks and corrections.

Once WordPress is installed and the content has been entered, review the website with the customer to make a list of final corrections and design tweaks.

Disclaimers:

1. The domain and hosting must be paid by the customer annually, we advise which one to choose and how to pay for it. We recommend ipage and godaddy

2. Our basic price includes minor modifications to the website components for one year. Anything that represents a change (e.g. home section coded by hand, custom plugin-based functionality, graphic designs, etc.) will be an extra charge on an hourly rate after the first year.

3. The package includes just one revision round once the website has been delivered.
